At The Gettysburg Festival, you can experience all the arts, through all the senses. While you enjoy the tantalizing colors and textures of our artists’ palettes, our culinary events excite palates of another type. The Festival’s Artistic Director for Culinary Arts, Walter Scheib, designed six exquisite events for 2009 that shined a spotlight on fine cuisine as the Festival embraced chefs from across Pennsylvania and paid homage to the culinary arts. Scheib, White House Executive Chef from 1994-2005, offered festival-goers the opportunity to meet talented chefs, explore wonderful products, and the people behind those products as well.
