Educational opportunities abound at The Gettysburg Festival. One of the primary goals of the Festival is to provide educational components to the younger generation of aspiring musicians and artists. This is achieved through camps, workshops, apprenticeships and internships. But we also believe “we are all lifelong learners,” so educational opportunities are interwoven into Festival programming to provide enriching experiences for attendees of all ages. Learn more about Festival artists and musicians through workshops, Q&A sessions, artist receptions, films, lectures, and more. Or, develop an appreciation for the arts through “hands-on” or sensory experiences such as musical clinics, culinary demonstrations, live painting demonstrations and more.
Many of the Festival’s educational events are free and open to the public, providing accessibility to the arts and education, to all. Come, enjoy, expand your horizons and enrich your spirit with the arts!
